How does Coaching work?
It is really quite simple.
First, you set an appointment. You can do this by clicking the ‘contact ProGro’ link and filling out the data sheet or call directly.

The Phone - Coaching is usually conducted over the phone allowing you a greater flexibility of scheduling and the convenience of choosing home, office or mobile. Once the initial appointment is scheduled the following process is set in motion:

Initial Appointment – Here we assess your goals and dreams and the barriers preventing their achievement. Then a coaching package is designed targeting measurable, time specific objectives. This first session is 90 minutes.

Supplemental Programs - Depending on the objectives other ProGro programs may be built into the overall package. (See Programs for Performance and Growth)

Personality Profiling –All Coaching clients may be personality profiled for the purpose of discovering assets that can be used to your professional and personal advantage. The profiles will be emailed or faxed to a location of your choosing with instructions on how to take and return it.

Coaching – Again, this is most often done over the phone for reasons of geography and convenience.

Results and Review – Somewhere around mid-point of the coaching program objectives and their results will be evaluated for relevance and success.

Time - Sessions are one hour in length except for the initial appointment.
