What is the goal of The Effective Manager Program?
The Program's objective is for you to rediscover and apply you and your team's natural assets, personality and business style for maximum effectiveness as managers and team leader.

What exactly is the Effective Manager Program and what do you do?
Start with the Finish line - The first step is to schedule an interview for the purpose of defining your objectives.
Testing - Next, Dan Kohler conducts an on-site needs assessment involving personality testing and interviews with you and your employees.
Review - Test results and interviews are then reviewed with you or designated management.
Action Plan - Once the issues are clarified and and the desired results identified, you and Dan Kohler develop an action plan for achieving those results.
Review and Summary - Evaluation results and the plan for action are reviewed with all project participants.
Making it Happen - Relevant follow-up seminars and coaching packages are scheduled as directed by the action plan.
Services - Services include: personality testing, employee interviews, company surveys, seminars and ongoing coaching.
