...Services can include: personality profiling, key and relevant employee interviews, related employee surveys and coaching.

How long does something like this take?

...The KEEP program typically runs a full day depending on project objectives. Follow-up coaching sessions may be negotiated at any time if indicated by the action plan, or later discovered to be required.
